Whisk 1/3 cup of oil, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, add 2 or 3 chicken breasts and massage this marinade into the chicken with your hands, put it into a bag if you want, let it rest for some time (30 minutes is good, more is better)

Prepare the grill for medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade. Grill the chicken until just cooked through, about 8 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to serving plates, sprinkle with a little bit of grated lemon peel and with Vargas Best Seasoning, serve and enjoy!
